CFT is here to support prenatal, postpartum and yes it can even support the IVF journey. Being pregnant can bring aches, pains, and anxiety that doesn’t always get addressed. Postpartum needs support too. It’s not just the birth trauma, the hormone imbalance, the healing but getting CFT supports the entire nervous system which helps the mother-baby dyad. The fertility journey can be incredibly stressful. From the tension of where shots are administered, the physiological stress of it all, this can be really tough on our nervous system. CFT can support the nervous system, help the body/mind be more calm, and even help the fascia not be so tight where shots are constantly administered. However, you do not need to be in any of these categories to benefit from CFT as a woman.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

If you are doing this for yourself, as a women, you can expect this session to go how you desire. The provider follows the lead of your body. Some experience an emotional release, some do not. Everyone’s body responds differently

We have packages as we highly recommend starting out with five sessions because consistency is key!
